Kyle is a psychotherapist with experience across the spectrum of the mental health care system, as a social worker in community-based settings, a therapist in crisis and outpatient mental health, and as a business owner. In 2015 he co-founded Ellie Mental Health, which started as a single office with 3 rooms, grew to 20 locations in Minnesota before expanding nationally in 2021. During his 9 year tenure, Kyle acted as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clinical Officer, and oversaw a range of departments, programs and initiatives. Alongside Ellie, Kyle has driven the conceptualization, branding and development of 2 psychedelic clinics in Minnesota, Intero Psychedelic Therapy and Institute for Integrative Therapies. After exiting Ellie, Kyle has worked as a consultant to clinicians and entrepreneurs in the mental health and psychedelic medicine space. His passion lies in utilizing creativity and critical thinking to help other business owners develop and execute their big ideas.
